Rule 5 was named ‘Outstanding Newcomer’ in the Prolific North Awards in May 2013, just five and a half months after launching. The agency won its first ‘Gold’ campaign award later that year, for the Best Use of Social Media category in the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Pride Awards 2013.
The agency has won major PR campaign awards every year since it began operations. In June 2016 it was named ‘Outstanding Small Consultancy’ in the Public Relations Consultants Association Dare Awards and last year Rule 5 took home three gold awards at the 2018 CIPR PRide Awards. The agency’s work with the charity giving platform Wonderful won gold in two categories; Best Community Relations Campaign and also in the Not-for-Profit Campaign. For the second year in succession, the agency took home a gold award for its work with Blackpool Pleasure Beach this time in the Travel, Leisure or Tourism Category.
